The SMART system is designed to promptly and adequately report on this crucial information. The SMART System is meant to work in conjunction with the SMART Client. The SMART Client can be displayed on a variety of hand-held PDAs and allows the sales representatives to acquire and upload information to the Web SMART system while also viewing summary data.
