Large Pharma A - Merging designs post acquisitionObjective:
Executive management requested timely assistance to develop a data warehouse to integrate wholesaler and secondary sourced data made challenging by a large acquisition.
Senior management wished to better understand the complexity and interrelationships between the myriad of stakeholders in the cancer marketplace.
Solution:
ProMetrics proposed a data collection, integration, analysis and reporting process that would result in a sophisticated CRM dataset to support decision making.
Three phases were suggested, with an optional forth phase if needed. ProMetrics would utilize its experience in handling the specific data types in question to develop recommendations, including adding on selected distributors.
Below is a brief description of the steps for the development of the CRM system.
Phase 1 - Identification, definition, and organization of the data types of interest.
Phase 2 - Data integration and rationalization.
Phase 3 - CRM data marriage with existing SFA system.
Phase 4 - Design and modification of a SMART delivery system.
Outcome:
Our client has expanded their program from its initial product to an entire oncology portfolio as well as secondary therapeutic areas. ProMetrics has conducted more than 475 projects with the client in the past 4 years.
