Designed a framework and portal to support the various departments (sales, operations, marketing, IT) from pre-launch to product milestones.
Provided training, reports and ongoing project management, trouble-shooting and maintenance.
Outcome:
ProMetrics played a critical role in taking product from pre-launch to its first acquisition at year 3 and through to its second acquisition at year 5; ProMetrics continues to support new owner of product.
