Project Management responsibilities at ProMetrics include: managing technical projects, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Disaster Recovery plans. Most project management activities at ProMetrics are focused on customer and client satisfaction. These include: translating business requirements into functional systems, reducing cost in operational processes, managing diverse project teams and meeting objectives.
Project Management team members may also be presented with the opportunity to oversee and manage multiple projects and project teams. They are responsible for all stages of the project life cycle, as well as overall quality. Other duties of Project Management include: manage daily operations, hold weekly operational meetings with clients, ensure project goals are achieved, create project plans, document decisions and update status reports.
Software developers at ProMetrics are responsible for the development and implementation of business specific back-end processes, including web services, and front-end web, mobile and desktop applications. Team Members gain experience in the full application lifecycle process including; Development, Testing, Training and Knowledge Transfer. Team Members also have the opportunity of interfacing with various systems teams as well as front, middle and back office business users.
Other duties include: responsible for detailed application design and development of applications using existing and emerging technology platforms, provide daily production support, monitor operating efficiency of existing application systems, review, analyze and modify programming systems, including encoding, testing, debugging and installing applications for web and mobile systems.
Database Management provides preparation and analysis of data for our clients. They are involved with processing functional data for both ongoing and ad hoc projects. Team members design and construct relational databases for data warehousing in a Microsoft SQL Server 2000 environment. Other activities include, but not limited to, troubleshooting production issues, quality assurance, performance tuning, application development, OLAP services and SQL application development.
The Market Analysis team at ProMetrics is responsible for overseeing analytical projects and communicating with clients to ensure that ProMetrics is providing the necessary analytics and solutions for the client's business needs. The various analytics include sales force alignments, incentive compensation sales force models, forecasting models, penetration analysis, market share analysis and financial summaries.
Team members have a solid analytical background, both qualitative and quantitative, with experience in statistical analysis, forecasting and data mining. The Market Analysis Team addresses the needs of external clients by identifying key trends in customer behaviors, sizing markets, and other analyses to provide insight that can assist the client in making business decisions, as well as production level reporting.
